Designed to impress at every turn, this expansive 6,451 sq. ft. villa offers breathtaking golf course views, elegant coastal-inspired interiors, and space to comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests across 9 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and 1 additional half bathroom.

From the moment you step inside, Villa Grandiosa welcomes you with refined coastal décor, sophisticated finishes, and a light, airy ambiance that immediately sets the tone for a truly elevated vacation. Multiple plush seating areas invite the entire group to relax and reconnect, while the open-concept layout ensures effortless flow between living, dining, and kitchen spaces.

The custom-designed gourmet kitchen is a dream for home chefs, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for large gatherings. Begin your mornings at the central island with seating for five, or enjoy memorable group meals in the impressive formal dining area, which comfortably seats up to 24 guests, making it ideal for celebrations, holidays, and special occasions.

Sliding glass doors lead you to your private outdoor sanctuary, where luxury and entertainment come together seamlessly.
