Villa Neo is brand new waterfront property in Aleomandra with amazing unobstructed sea views, built at the edge of a rocky shore in a wind protected spot right above the Aegean waters.

It expands on 3 levels and features 6 ensuite double bedrooms (out of which 2 are masters), 7 bathrooms, an extensive living room and 2 open plan kitchens.

The villa is elegantly furnished and decorated with warm, welcoming colours and boasts multiple indoor and outdoor dining and sitting areas, a private infinity pool with an "island" lounge spot, an outdoor Jacuzzi and an outdoor fire pit which creates the perfect focal point from which guests may enjoy the astounding panoramic sea views.

Another highlight of this villa is the small isolated beach which is located just a 2 minute walk away, right below the property's main terrace, while the beach of Agios Ioannis, the famous Ornos area and the centre of Mykonos are but a few minutes drive away.

Refundable security deposit €4000+ due prior to check in and will be refunded 3-5 days after check out.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
