"Tuscany Villa 1066", 8-room house 210 m2 on 1st floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. 3 showers/WC. Gas heating. Terrace partly roofed terrace. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Community pool is available for sole use of guests. When booking this property you make a reservation for the whole house. Facilities for shared use are then for private use.

On a vinyard "Reggine", from the 18th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. 3 km from the centre of Panzano, 10 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded position. For shared use: property with lawn, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.10.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access (2.4 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 21 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Local sale of farm products. Owner uses some rooms in the house.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
