We LOVED the themed rooms and have already been telling friends and family about it so they can consider it for their next vacation. Amazing experience. So well-organized and seamless. The home was impeccable - everything was provided. Absolutely. Very clean and accommodating to our needs. We loved the themed rooms and all the little things provided. Made the entire trip seamlessly! Excellent. The only thing I would suggest is to make all the TVs consistent. Some TVs worked and others didn't....Make them the exact same with the channel guide provided... We had a few questions and changes to our reservation. We worked with Jason Allen who was AMAZING!!! So helpful, professional and always available. He was THE reason we went with Magical (based on our experience with him the prior year) and we are SO happy we did! Jason Allen is a huge asset to your team!!! He is the reason we went with Magical and will keep coming back in the future!
Douglas January 2019The team member I spoke with regarding an issue with the door lock was able to remotely program the door. Issue was resolved in minutes. This was the 11th property I have rented in reunion and is now the family favorite. The Star Wars theater, diner themed recreation room and themed bedrooms were amazing, however the highlight was my kids stating that they felt at home in a rental. The owners thought of everything and it is obvious they want their guests to feel welcome. We will be back soon!
