On our girls trip we were all very impressed with the service we received during our week stay. Arturo the butler went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed & more , very attentive & helpful in every way., besides making a terrific margarita & guacamole pool side. The chefs Miguel & Jose prepared amazing meals for us. Everything fresh including the still moving shrimp that was brought in for our dinner. The brunch was over the top also. Fabiola was the kindest most accommodating concierge, she also made sure we were comfortable & we had everything we could possibly need, making stops at the store to get items we desired to make our stay unforgettable . Hurray for the ladies cleaning daily, they made sure we had plenty of fresh towels & the beds made with very nice linens & pillows. I will definitely come back & I am sure everyone in our group will too.

Where to begin? The overall experience was 10/10. We were guided by our Concierge every step of the way in planning (think: grocery list samples, menu samples, transportation, restaurants - you name it), he greeted us on arrival, was regularly in touch during the say and arrived when we were leaving to say goodbye. The Butler was incredible - he anticipated our needs and had us pegged by the 2nd day what we would need/want and by when. The Chef that was procured for us had us watering at the mouth as she prepared our meals - the food was exceptional. The daily housekeeping service was also a delight. The beds were comfy and linens smelled so fresh and clean. The location of this villa provides both sunrise and sunset views which we took advantage of daily. We were lucky to have been there during whale migration season which was an absolute treat to observe. My friends and I were so sad to leave but have some special core memories as a result of the experience of staying in this villa.

We just left from an amazing trip to Cabo. We celebrated my 30th, staying at the gorgeous Casa Acantilado, it was a dream! The villa itself was stunning, with views that took our breath away. Photos can’t do it justice. Our concierge, Fabi, was an absolute superstar and made the whole vacation effortless. Fabi was on top of everything, booking us into the best restaurants without any hassle, arranging a fantastic yacht day out on the water that we’ll never forget, and making sure our villa was stocked with all the essentials, groceries, snacks, even our favorite drinks and little luxuries we didn’t think to ask for. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, handled any last-minute changes with a smile. She kept the entire itinerary flowing so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy. Fabi wasn’t just helpful; she felt like a friend looking out for us, turning what could have been a good trip into an unforgettable one. Our butler, Luis, was fantastic too, always checking in daily to refresh drinks, restock toiletries, or grab whatever else we needed, making us feel totally spoiled. His attention to detail ensured our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We truly appreciated how he went above and beyond to anticipate our requests. Chef Ivan elevated our trip with gourmet meals prepared in-villa that surpassed even the best Cabo restaurants. Fresh flavorful dishes tailored just for us. In-villa chef service is an absolute must, there is nothing like it. We had the best time ever and can’t wait to return. Huge shoutout to Fabi, Luis, Ivan, and the Cabo Platinum crew for hiring such incredible people. If you’re heading to Cabo, book with them, you won’t regret it!

We had an amazing trip that was made easy by the entire Cabo Platinum staff. Special shoutout to Fabiola for helping us organize the entire stay, Luis for attending to our every needs, Ivan for the incredible meals he'd prepare on the daily, and the cleaning service that would take care of the home while we were out. The entire team truly made our home feel like a private villa with full hotel like service. Casa Acantilado is amazing. Outside of the great oceanfront views to the pacific theres a variety of wildlife you can see from the top of the hill too.... Stingrays jumping out of the water... schools of various types of fish, and in Feb/Mar you can see whales as they migrate. The home is just amazing, the pool, the many spacious rooms, the living area, the sauna, it was just great. If you require transportation ask for Gabriel Martinez from Sun Pacific... he is truly great and adds to your overall experience.

The views are stunning - even better than the pictures. The house is amazing and every detail was thought of. The service by Jonatthan and Luis was top notch and we were completely spoiled. Would highly recommend for families or couples!

Stayed at Casa Acantilado for my daughters College Graduation celebration and what a memorable experience it was! I worked with Alex our Concierge on and off for 9 months leading up to the trip to make every detail special for the family and he followed through on all of it, airport transportation, dinner transportation, golf cart rental, dinner reservations, rooftop reservations, grocery pre-stock, you name it he handled it. The house comes with a Butler everyday and that in itself made the entire trip. Francisco was amazing and made us all feel like VIP's everyday catering to all of our needs. When we ran out of something he offered to pick it up for us, one of our guests forgot his belt for our dinner out and Francisco took his belt off and gave it to the guest for the night. Just amazing! Our chef Miguel is one of the most talented Chef's I have ever had to the luxury to be around. From elevated appetizers, to taco bars to our final dinner of Filet Mignon, scallops, coconut shrimp and all of the extras to go along. He has a wide range and hit it out of the park! He didn't take any shortcuts on his meals and everything was made from scratch. Truly an amazing dining experience! The housekeeping staff Lucia was there every morning and to be honest you barely knew she was there as she worked without being seen and not intruding on anyones personal space in their rooms or living areas. I absolutely recommend Casa Acantilado as you can not beat the views but it wouldn't have been the same experience if I didn't book the house through Cabo Platinum. Their level of service took our vacation to the next level! Thanks again to Alex, Francisco, Miguel and Lucia for giving all of us a memory to last a lifetime!
