Balcony, terrace, garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. 3 outdoor parking spaces are available. Note: approx. 200m, next to the chalet is a new construction of the neighbouring house. Therefore it might be possible that there will be occasionally some construction noise during the day.
