"Tirol Villa 1030 Top 1", 6-room apartment on 1st floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. 4 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed, shower/WC and TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and TV (flat screen).

Fügenberg 3 km from Fügen: Very beautiful apartment block "Tirol Villa 1030". In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, sauna (all included), in winter, use of sauna is included, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service, beverage service and breakfast (extra). Storeroom available. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 4 km, bakery 6 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Zillertal" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 5 km, gondola lift 5 km, slopes 5 km, ski rental 5 km, ski school 5 km. Nearby attractions: Freizeitpark Zell 16 km, Erlebnis Sennerei Zillertal 26 km, Schlegeis Stausee 48 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Zillertal 5 km, Ski Hochzillertal Kaltenbach 11 km, Zillertal Arena 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Erlebnisteich Aufenfeld 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). We were a group of around 15 people with 4 toddlers and children. This place is amazing, it's just like in the pictures. The view from the chalet is the best I have ever seen, you can see the entire town and the mountains. The sauna is again amazing, with a fantastic view. It has two big, full-equipped kitchens, we cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The rooms are clean. The hosts were very helpful and polite.

We spend a very nice long ski weekend here. Welcomed by the very friendly family owners. The rebuild small hotel has plenty of sleeping rooms, newly renovated kitchens with plenty of room and a very nice, hot, sauna. All with a stunning view on Zillertal

We were a group of around 15 people with 4 toddlers and children. This place is amazing, it's just like in the pictures. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
