Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, shower/WC, 2 sep. WC's. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Living room 35 m2 with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. 2 terraces, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.

In the district of Köstenberg 7 km from the centre of Velden, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 10'000 m2 with wildlife garden, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 01.06.-15.09.). Patio, terrace, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, swimming bay 6 km, public bathing area 10 km. Golf course (18 hole), riding stable 300 m, ski lift 14 km. Nearby attractions: Ruine Hochwart 3 km, Tierpark Rosegg, 13 km, Pyramidenkogel 28 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kanzelhöhe, Gerlitzen 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saissersee 6 km, Wörthersee, Ossiachersee. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and meets the highest standards of comfort and privacy. The famous golf course Velden-Köstenberg is located in the immediate vicinity.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
