Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace only for decoration. Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase) small living room with panoramic window. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living room with winter garden with dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase) small, Studio. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Private: terraced garden, 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 190 cm, 02.05.-24.10.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 6.5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 9.6 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 9.6 km.

You definitely can see that the owners use the house themselves from time to time as everything is arranged and decorated so beautiful. We had a wonderful ten-days-stay at Villa Capo Corso this August. As you can see in all the pictures shown here the house itself is very beautiful and equipped with everything you need. You definitely can see that the owners use the house themselves from time to time as everything is arranged and decorated so beautiful. If there is anything you need you can just tell them and they really take care. Thank you, G., G. and Z.! We already booked for next year -)

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
