Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 20 m away from the house there is an annex of 130 m2 which sleeps 5 people: 1 twin bedroom with fireplace and ensuite shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with 1 extra bed and ensuite shower/WC (suitable for disabled). Living room with kitchenette and fireplace. Both houses have a large outdoor area and are ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.
This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important farm with 330 ha grounds. The house, dating from the end of 1800, have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions, such as the wonderful "travertino" stone staircase. It can host 11 people in total. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request it is possible to take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. Clients are greeted with 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine on the house. Siena 140 km, Fiumicino airport (Rome) are 140 km away. Beautiful country house, surrounded by trees and fields. 15 km from the centre of Saturnia, in a quiet, sunny position, 25 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 140 - 90 cm, 29.05.-02.10.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
