11-room house 350 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, fully renovated, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Billiard room. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the garden. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Upper floor: open living room with 1 sofabed and kitchen corner. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Open living room. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the loggia. Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. 2nd upper floor: open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. 3nd upper floor: lounge with 1 double sofabed, TV, flat screen and wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Parquet floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, sitting area. View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The house consists of few levels. Please note that the ground floor is connected only by an external staircase to the upper floor. Whirpool heating extra cost. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

The river creates different natural pools of approximately 12 meters in diameter and magnificent waterfalls, ideal for immersion and relaxation. Country house "Arezzo Villa 1009", renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of Sansepolcro, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the river. Private: property 20 ha, terraced garden, natural pond, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 130 cm, 13.05.-06.10.). Hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, infrared sauna, relaxation room, spa area, washing machine, tumble dryer. Cook on request. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Anghiari 15 km, Arezzo 40 km. This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming town of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. Our favourite thing about the property, however, was the picturesque stream and wooded area adjoining the house: perfect for walking, exploring and even bathing.

We were very happy about the house in general and had a lovely vacation! The countryside and forests around the house are beautiful and offer a good chance to go hiking. There are some points that should be mentioned: Important to keep in mind that phones might not work at the house, the internet connection was also very unreliable. The contracts and guides would be nice to have in English. The river is pretty but it should be mentioned if it is safe to swim there beforehand.

This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming town of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
