"Maremma Villa 1023", 5-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed (160 cm), air conditioning. Bath/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The double bedroom on the ground floor can only be accessed from the outside.

House "Maremma Villa 1023". 13 km from the centre of Volterra, 8.5 km from the centre of Villamagna, 26 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded position, 48 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 10.04.-23.10.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Hydro massage bath (extra). 0.7 km long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 8.5 km, supermarket 15 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 48 km. The wellness area can only be used for a maximum of 7 consecutive days per stay (on order, payment on-site).

We can definitely recommend La Voce del Silenzio. Had a beautiful one week stay there and loved the view and silent location. The garden is very charming and the pool and spa are amazing.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
