This luxurious 5-room villa spans 300m2 across 2 levels, boasting a south facing position for optimal sunshine. The spacious living and dining room covers 48m2 and features an inviting open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV for entertainment, as well as air conditioning for comfort. Step out onto the terrace and soak in the stunning surroundings.

The villa includes a room with a plush french bed, shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Upstairs, you'll find two rooms with french beds, en-suite shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, each with access to a balcony. Another room offers a larger french bed, shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with its own balcony.

Relax on the balconies or the 50m2 terrace, furnished with comfortable seating and loungers for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy partial views of the sea from the villa. The property also offers a safe, high chair, baby cot, and hairdryer for added convenience, along with free WiFi.

9/10 the house is big and very nice, huge upside is the swimming pool due to incline of the path to the sea. It is nearly impossible to reach the sea walking so you have to drive down and pay for parking. However in spite of this drawback I can surely recommend this house as it is beautiful and very clean.

9/10 the house is big and very nice, huge upside is the swimming pool due to incline of the path to the sea. It is nearly impossible to reach the sea walking so you have to drive down and pay for parking. However in spite of this drawback I can surely recommend this house as it is beautiful and very clean.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
