5 Star Villa Holidays is thrilled to introduce the luxurious Istarska županija Villa 1051. This stunning 5-room house spans 210 m2 across 3 levels, offering an incredibly comfortable and stylish living space.

The living/dining room is a spacious 60 m2 area, complete with a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, you will find beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities, satellite TVs, and air conditioning. The balcony offers picturesque views, while the terrace provides a perfect spot for relaxation with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs.

The villa, built in the 19th century and renovated in 2019, is located in the charming hamlet of Radovani, just 5 km from Višnjan and 15 km from Poreč. Surrounded by a fenced 1,500 m2 property with a garden and a lovely swimming pool, this villa offers a peaceful and sunny retreat.

The house couldn't be any better. It was pure pleasure to stay there. Everything was at it best quality. Nice pool, beautiful garden, very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend the house.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
