Important Stay Information
Please note that the villa includes two additional sets of bunk beds located in the basement, accommodating up to 4 extra guests upon request. These are recommended primarily for young teenagers.
A €500 refundable damage deposit is required and must be paid one week prior to arrival.
Electricity consumption is charged separately based on actual usage. A meter reading will be taken at the beginning and at the end of your stay. The cost of electricity used during your rental period will be deducted from the security deposit, with the remaining balance refunded accordingly.
