The house was roomy with comfortable beds/couches and well-stocked kitchen. Great location close to many restaurants and a short ride to Disney. There are minimal amenities, so be prepared to buy most of what you might need (soap, shampoo, sponges, trash bags, detergent, cooking oil, condiments, games). There were a number of issues with the place upon arrival, but Andy and property management company took care of most. We were unable to use pool table due to lack of lighting.

The location of this house was excellent for us. Just far enough off the main roads to feel secluded and private, but close enough to get to where we needed to go quickly. We were overall pretty satisfied with our stay, but here are our overall critiques to help other families decide if this is the place for you. Pros: We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen Spacious rooms Pool was clean. A stroller and bicycles in the garage.
