     This comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool is located in the quiet community of Florida House 4152, just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. It sleeps up to eight, and with 1837 square feet, there is plenty of room for the whole family. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. It does not have a private en-suite, but the second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. The third and fourth bedroom both have two twin beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom (a shared bathroom).
     All bedrooms have their own TV. The living room is spacious and has two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and has modern appliances, an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two seats, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. There’s also a small dining room area with a dining table that has seating for up to six people. Just through the sliding glass door in the living room, you will find the picturesque pool area; screened in to keep the Florida bugs out. There are no rear neighbors, and the pool faces to the east, which provides you with a beautiful view of the sunrise. It's the perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. There are 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a table with 6 chairs situated under the covered lanai.

     Community Description

Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated rental vacation communities in Central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance. At the southwest corner of the community you will find a children’s play area equipped with 4 swings, 2 slides, and a gazebo for parents to sit in the shade while the kids play. Disney World is an easy 10-15-minute drive and Universal, Sea World and all the other attractions are just a few minutes further.
