6-room house 120 m2 on 3 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2015, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Open dining room 24 m2 with open-hearth fireplace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: open living room 17 m2, with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm). Underfloor heating. Deck chairs (9). Very beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. 5 pets/ dogs allowed. Fryer available. Playroom with table tennis, table football and kid's corner (extra paid PLN 200 / week, PLN 100 / weekend).

Single-family house "Małopolskie Villa 1002", 2 storeys, built in 2000, renovated in 2015. In a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 7 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool heated (16 x 5 m, depth 150 - 160 cm, 15.05.-15.09.). Paddling pool, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. Cook on request (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 600 m, cable car 7 km, ski lift 7 km, skisport facilities 7 km, slopes 7 km, ski school 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zawoja. Please note: suitable for families. Nice little pathway to walk nearby. Possibility of arrival with 5 dogs (extra payable). Quad and scooter rental 5 km. Trout farming 3 km. Separation of waste is at home. Rational use of water is recommended - in low precipitation and high water consumption, water shortages may occur or its quality may deteriorate. Arrivals after 19:00 and departures before 8:00 for 20 PLN for each started hour. There is a gas grill on the spot (extra) and a hot tub (extra). SPA package - sauna, hot tub and tub with cold water, towels and wood to heat the water "on request" extra paid. Possibility to reserve a gazebo equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, sink, gas grill, table, chairs and a sofa set for an additional fee 100 PLN per day.
