4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Very tasteful and stylish furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) 20 m2, with sloping ceilings, Studio, ceiling height 170 - 210 cm with 2 beds and shower/WC. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The use of the loft (20mq) on the second floor comes to a cost of 220 euro/week payable locally.Very beautiful country house "Tuscany Villa 1077", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 27.03.-30.10.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, railway station "Certaldo" 8 km. Tennis 8 km, riding stable 5 km. Pool towels available (included).

Beautiful, comfortable and well maintained spacious house amid splendid Tuscan wine and olive yards. Very kind and efficient host. The house is situated some 5.5 km away from Certaldo in a quiet and peaceful landscape and is spacious and very clean. The ventilators in every room were a welcome surprise as summer temperatures can rise to very hot. The only area for improvement: an outside umbrella would create more shade and quality of Internet is very weak.

Beautiful, comfortable and well maintained spacious house amid splendid Tuscan wine and olive yards. Very kind and efficient host. The house is situated some 5.5 km away from Certaldo in a quiet and peaceful landscape and is spacious and very clean. The ventilators in every room were a welcome surprise as summer temperatures can rise to very hot. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
