Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: private entrance.

Farmhouse "Maremma Villa 1002", surrounded by fields. 5 houses in the resort. 10 km from the centre of Cinigiano, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, indoor pool heated (6 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, 01.03.-10.11.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 50 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Parco dell'Uccellina 50 km, Isola del Giglio. Please note: car recommended.

We had a great stay at Salustri. We stayed there for almost a week and enjoyed it very much. Nice, clean house, good facilities (pool, outdoor patio etc), good service and an amazing view over the Tuscan hills. The area is very beautiful with many small towns to visit. We would love to come back another time.

We had a great stay at Salustri. We stayed there for almost a week and enjoyed it very much. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
