     This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse, located at the well-known Windsor Hills gated community, provides guests with a luxurious place to stay with an array of activities right on your doorstep. This is a 2-story townhouse that can accommodate up to 8 guests. With it being so close to major attractions, this home is the perfect place for families to stay. Surrounded by clean streets and beautiful greenery, this is a safe neighborhood where you’ll feel comfortable allowing your children to run around and play. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It provides more than enough space to cook for your family and friends. It even has a breakfast nook that has 4 stools, which is perfect for more informal dining. There’s also plenty of cupboard and counter space, so you’ll be able to prepare all your meals. The open-plan layout of this townhouse means that the living room, kitchen, and dining room connect perfectly into one another, giving you a spacious and comfortable place to relax.
     The 2 comfy sofas are positioned around the large coffee table and in front of the entertainment cabinet, which includes a large TV and DVD player. The large sliding doors with venetian blinds allow a lot of sunlight into the room and at the same time offer you with the perfect view of the dipping pool / splash area. The dining area is just off the living room area and has enough seating for up to 4. The townhouse has a master bedroom with king-sized bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and TV while bedroom 3 has two single beds.
     This property does not offer pool heating for the private splash pool located at the rear of the unit. Please be informed that this community only allows a maximum of 3 cars per reservation and all drivers must be provided so we may register you in for community entry.Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.

     NOTE: Per Homeowner Association rules, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license or military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). A maximum of three cars per reservation are allow, and all drivers must be provided.

     Community Description

     Windsor Hills has everything you’re looking for in a resort. This modern and friendly gated community is guarded 24-7 for your safety, so you can always feel at ease. There is plenty of entertainment for the young and young at heart with luxurious lagoon swimming pools, water fountains, slides, and even a Jacuzzi. For those who are more interested in keeping active, there are well-lit basketball and tennis courts, sandy volleyball courts, and a chipping and putting green. If you prefer working out indoors, Windsor Hill’s spacious and modern fitness room is perfect. Kids will have even more fun in the adventure playground where they can run about freely and allow their imaginations to run wild. Enjoy some pampering at the huge clubhouse that looks over the well-maintained and heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The sundry shop is open daily from 8am-10.30pm for all your needs. For your convenience, there is a Windsor Hills shuttle bus that will take you to some of Orlando’s most famous golf courses like the famous Mystic Dunes Golf Course. If you have an RV or boat, it is not a problem as there is also extra parking available for all guests. Shuttle services are available daily from the clubhouse for the Disney Parks, SeaWorld and Universal studios.
