All bedrooms are equipped with TV and DVD. In the centre of Churwalden close to the Coop and Migros shops. Directly at the lift stations and the sports shop.
Very well furnished holiday flat. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with TV. A large glazed balcony and a garden seating area. Very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric slicer, blender and kettle.
Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
