Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 13 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
Beautiful, luxurious apartment house "Valais Villa 1233", 5 storeys, built in 2004. In the district of Zer Bännu, 850 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Supermarket 750 m, restaurant 350 m, bakery, bicycle rental 850 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 500 m, railway station "Bahnhof Valais" 850 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 1.1 km, children's ski school 1.1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Taxis can drive to within 50 steps of the house. After this point, you can use the elevator after the first staircase next to the house Capriolo, to avoid the extra stairs.

Benjamin February 2020The apartment is as advertised: spacious and comfortable, with great views of the town of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked with cooking equipment, and everything was very clean. There were a few things that surprised us, that could have been better. A family of 5 staying for 7 days needs more than one garbage bag for the kitchen, and no extras were provided. There was also no dishwasher detergent, no napkins or paper towels, and very little toilet paper.

It had a real Swiss mountain feel and had every thing we needed. Weenjoyed our stay there very much. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked breakfast and two dinners there. The only difficuilty was the steep climb for us to get there. I am 78 and my husband is 80.
