It’s modern and has black wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and it overlooks the living and dining areas. It also comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up even the most difficult of recipes. When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining area just off the kitchen that has a long, wooden, smart-looking dining table with seating for up to 8 people. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and enjoy a nice meal together. The Florida sun can make everyone exhausted, so there’s no better place than the living room to come back to and watch a good Disney movie. It has a large flat screen TV mounter to the wall, a large blue leather sectional, a large blue leather ottoman, and patio doors that lead to a nice screened-in porch area with wicker furniture, and views of the golf course. Need some more space to relax? There’s a second living room upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the outdoor patio.
