Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Top floor: open gallery. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace, west facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Terrace, barbecue. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path (55 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m. Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 2.3 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 2.3 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
