With 2 lounge areas, a dining area for 6, a breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and all small appliances you would need including coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, this is only the start.
     Both lounges are very comfortable with one offering cable TV & DVD player and the other just to sit and relax and enjoy the views.

     The King master bedroom has a TV and leads to an en-suite with showed shower & garden tub, the Queen and twin rooms are over the other side of the home to give complete privacy to all guests. All bedrooms have the luxury of TV's to watch at night.
There is a washer and dryer to use and a separate study in case your trip is work related!

     The large pool and pool area offers table, chairs and sun loungers to use. The pool area is covered with a lanai screen to keep out biting bugs so you can enjoy the Florida sun in peace.
