Wooden villa 2003, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft with 2 mattresses, washroom, sauna (wood-fired stove), partly glazed terrace (25m²).
Separate sauna building with electric light, washroom and efficient wood-fired stove. Big villa on high and sunny rocky outcrop; steep steps down to shore along face of rock. In yard garage, storeroom, children’s sand box, and garden swings. Part of house has underfloor heating. Two tv*s (one 37"). Russian speaking person available.
Owner rents out outboard motor (2,5 hp), price 50€/week in 2019 (client brings fuel). Chalet rent includes vendace fish nets, pike nets, bream nets and 3 fish traps.
Anttola 10 km, Neitvuori 20 km, Visulahti + Kenkävero + Mikaeli 45 km. Ski slopes Tornimäki 30 km.
