3-room apartment 86 m2 on 6th floor. Renovated in 2018, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 210 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Davos Platz: Beautiful apartment block "Graubünden Villa 1031", built in 1966. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. In the house: reception, bar, lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Solarium (extra). Table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop, railway station 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Cable car, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 700 m, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Rienerhorn, Jakobshorn. The apartments facing south (4th floor and above) have stunning mountain views. Car park: summer CHF 14.00/week, winter CHF 21.00/week. Garage parking: summer CHF 35.00/week, winter CHF 56.00/week. Reservation on arrival.

The apartment is large, clean and furnished for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very helpful with luggage before check-in and on check-out. Although the water is hot and high pressure, the lack of a shower holder was a bit of a pain.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
