• Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.


• Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 30 adults. This home sleeps 24 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children age 16 and under.


• A mandatory refundable (subject to post-departure inspection) security deposit of $750 is required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.


• Please note this home does not provide access to a garage.


• Check-in time is 4:00 pm


• Check-out time is 10:00 am


• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed


• Tax is not included in nightly rates


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
