The living room is cozy and has a sofa, wood floors, a recliner, a flat screen TV, and a glass patio door that provides access to the balcony and views of the canal. The L-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty, and it has a small breakfast nook/dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The open plan bedroom has a king-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Need to do some laundry? There’s coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor.

     The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. This unit is in 2nd building, on the 8th floor with expansive views of the Bonita Beach area near the Bay and the Gulf. There is an elevator within the unit.
