The key to enter the premises was not left where indicated so we were locked out quite a while in the night not knowing if we could get in, with no one answering the phone... Quite stressful way to begin the weekend. However, the flat was clean and close to the resort.

Instructions to get to the apartment apartment and retrieve the key were adequate. The location of the apartment within Saas-Fee is convenient. Unfortunately, the code to open the key safe was wrong and we had to call to get the correct code. The apartment was up three floors and we had to walk up the stairs because the elevator was not working due to construction work. The apartment was newly renovated, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped but a microwave was missing. Communication with the owner/company after arrival was difficult due to non-responsiveness to WhatsApp, email and phone calls.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
