We have paid great attention to every detail when we furnished this home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do with our own family.there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just to stay in and take it easy. Each room has a different feel so all guests should be equally happy with their room, and all have wall mounted flat screen LED Tv’s. The dining room and living area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together, and the bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in your own home. (There is also a full-size washer and dryer). You can also enjoy a game of airhockey or foosball in the game room, or watch a movie in the huge loft area. Overall, space was really nice for our family of 18. It was a nice combination of large space for al...l of us, and separate space for families and small children. I would certainly stay there again. We encountered a few glitches early on, and I contacted management three times in the first two days. Our contact person, Andy, was responsive to these requests. The main area could have used a fresh coat of paint, and It had some small holes in the walls that were not patched. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and had a large set of dishes, with matching coffee cups, though these were small, tea cups. Some mugs for that first cup of morning coffee would have been nice! We noticed the coffee maker did not automatically turn off (came back from the beach finding it still hot). There were no kitchen linens, oven mitts, or dish soap provided. There was ample silverware, though upon arrival there were only two forks. I contacted Andy and housekeeping readily brought additional forks. When we arrived there was a roll of toilet paper in just two of the bathrooms, and a partial roll of paper towels in the kitchen. My husband and I came a day early to set up the house before all our children and grandchildren arrived. Our bed did had pillow shams but no pillow cases when we arrived; the next night a couple of our guests noticed their beds did not have a top sheet. We had to do some improvising for those first two nights, but when I contacted Andy the next morning, housekeeping brought the linens we needed. I did wash some of the comforters, as they just didn't feel clean. There was overall a bit more gearing up with purchases than I anticipated, and we ended up having to discard remaining quantities of products after our one week visit. Each main area and bedroom had a television, which was nice. The pool area did have some inflatable toys, which our grandchildren loved. We paid extra to turn the heat on in the pool, though it frankly didn't seem to make a difference in temperature. I didn't take the time to follow up with Andy regarding this observation. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay there, though, and I really appreciated Andy's responsiveness in addressing those things I brought to his attention. Read More
