2413 location was a great stay!We stayed for about 12 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it! We are ...a family of seven and we had plenty of rooms and showers than we needed. The pool was great! Just the right temp. Not to hot , not to cold. There is a restroom outside, this restroom is very helpful but one thing I will say it is freezing so make sure to leave the door open if your swimming for the day so it won’t be so cold. The house was super comfortable and very homey. It is very close to everything you need! Restaurants, stores, and Disney Parks. A very beautiful area and nice people. Getting in and out was easy we had no problems at all. All information was sent for us ahead of time. We did not ever need to get in contact with Andy because we did not come across any major issues. Very minor things we noticed coming in the home, a few crumbs and dust were left. Not a big deal to us. We just picked it up with a broom they had and vacuum they provided. Arriving the house was freezing! I turned the temp to 74-75 and it was the perfect temperature. Some of the covers looked like they had some dirty spots but we easily washed them or used other covers they provided that were clean. The TVs worked some days and other days they were super slow or just didn’t want to work. Overall our kids were okay and managed to watch cable they provided which had good shows. The wifi is really slow but it works and as a family we mainly watched one tv and it worked well. If you have tMobile your signal will be very bad around this area, you’ll be stuck trying to get signal so beware you won’t always be able to use your phone at times. It wasn’t so bad, we always managed to do other things rather than be on the phones. They provide toilet paper , towels and all the kitchen stuff you’ll need! The only thing is that if you plan on staying there for a week or more I suggest you bring a small pack of toilet paper or just buy some there just in case you run out. Also trash bags, a sponge and soap !!! Bring your shower stuff and if others plan to use one of the many showers they have bring your own shower stuff because you’ll end up having to share it like we did with our kids lol. Bring a small bottle of detergent to wash your clothes or any towels you use if your an ocd kind of person like me .Also this place is really quiet but we did have a house with kids that would swim late at night and sometimes I’d wake up to kids yelling having fun , not to bad but I needed my sleep so I bought a box fan. So if you happen to like your sleep I’d bring something to help you not hear others. Overall it was not bad at all and quiet. Some of the shower lights didn’t work but it was okay because they had another light switch so we did not bother to call it in. The carpet was a bit more stained then I imagined it would be but with kids I’m used to it and saw past it. I am the person that puts all glass displays up to the side so my kids won’t accidentally break it , so if you have kids I’d suggest you do the same here. Before we left we cleaned as much as we could and washed everything. It was very fast and easy given that the house was very well put together. everything was perfect and we will be coming back. Andy’s 2413 location was almost immaculate! It was super easy to find and the security made things ...even better! The house upon arrival was very tidy and decorated very nice! My only suggestion would be to use different color sheets based on rooms! My family and I are people that try to make it easier on housekeeping/cleaning services by stripping all linen! This will help and save time if the sheets were color coordinated with each room instead of all being white! One other minor issue was the pool area was a bit untidy.. it had sand/dirt all around the pool! Nonetheless, we still had a great time and great experience and I would rent again! Read More
